US & The Art Of Security
Bush paying surprise visits is now becoming an habit. Almost everyone knows his itinerary is not fixed due to security concerns but now its becoming more predictable. Yesterday he was in Afghanistan. Earlier he had visited Iraq on Thanks Giving Day in a similar surprise visit. But wherever he goes, the air is so clean that germs also don't get through. Who knows maybe a surprise visit to the TAJ?

The indian goverment has clarified on this issue and only banks will be charged this service tax...phew
