Fighting Terrorism

The recent terror attack showed the world terrorism is going through a change and these extremists are always finding new ways to carry out their cowardly act. To counter this new policies and technologies needs to be implemented into the current system. First of all when intelligence information is got, making it public is the best way to keep the terrorists at bay. Even if the govt is sleeping public can be on the lookout so educating the people is good. If this is not possible then there must be accountability within the system. The system should be foolproof and should not depend on any single person.  Secondly there is no doubt our forces are brave but i think they need to be provided better and highly customized weapons. Special forces are seen as force multipliers and usually a small team numbering less than 10 can create havoc among its adversary's. Special forces fight using others disadvantages,  conditions his/her training would thankfully prepare like fighting in the dark. The arrival of special forces should send a shiver down the spine, the terrorists should know that he/she is living his/her last minutes. To achieve all this we must be better equipped with night vision goggles, thermal imaging systems, detailed layout of important public places, sniper rifles that can penetrate concrete, video recording of all flushing out operations (to asses collateral damage, to teach new recruits how to fight better, propaganda) and lastly good intelligence which is an hallmark of a successful operation.  I might be wrong but without these recommendations pointed out here any special forces is only groping in the dark.
